6 x weekly coaching sessions, via zoom at a time to suit you, focusing on time management, identifying stresses and work-life balance strategies.
Option 2: Wellbeing & Nutrition Plan
(6 Weeks)
6 x weekly coaching sessions, via zoom (option 1), plus 1 hour nutrition coaching with a follow-up personalised nutrition report, giving an overview of what improvements you can make to your diet.
8 x weekly coaching sessions, via zoom, focusing on everyday stresses, goals and how to make positive change. A detailed nutrition plan & follow-up calls including a meal planner and example recipes.
