I have found working with Gen really valuable. I struggled with IBS symptoms and lack of energy particularly after exercise. Working with Gen has been very interesting and eye opening and allowed me to take control of my diet. While I can’t always have the food I want, I have learnt how to adapt my diet in a way that reduces but not restricts the food I love. A 90 minute Zoom consultation focused on either you or the whole family’s eating habits. This will cover general family nutrition, identifying key areas for improvement. You’ll receive a tailored nutrition plan, meal suggestions, snack ideas, and strategies for better mealtime routines + follow-up call.
A comprehensive review of your eating habits with personalised meal plans, recipes, and recommendations that fit your family’s unique lifestyle and tastes. Includes ongoing support (3 months) and tailored suggestions to make eating well easy for the whole family.
